Solo Unrest

7 10 2008

I went to a few new blogs over the    weekend and found some amazing   music. That’s all I can say to sum up  last night’s mix. I found an awesome  collection of a 1971 Brazillian  psychedelic music that I was very much  excited to play and I did and the  response was wonderful. I’ll add more  sinlge files of the Brazillian for you to  personally hear and enjoy.

Besides that, the session was really good. Unfortunately Noudi was out of town so if you’re a fan of Noudi, lo siento, she’ll be back next week. But I was there and it was just you and me last night, it was healthy to have that one on one experience once in a while, right? right.

I could go off on all of the music I played last night but I’d prefer you ask because like I said, I go off on why this music is great and why you should have it but I’m sure you’re conscious enough to know why.

Enjoy the tunes, laters.

Thanks for including us in your list. “Take It Easy” was written by Sherman Kelly who also wrote “Dancing in the Moonlight” and played with us for a while. The drummer on the cut is Wells Kelly who was one of the founding menbers of Orleans. (“Dance with Me”, “Still The One”)
